Welcome to the NEW REGISTRATION PORTAL. The club offers a wide variety of programs for all ages and abilities!

NEW CUSTOMERS

If you have never registered with the Markham Soccer Club before, when you click on the "Sign In" button below, you will be prompted to set up a new account in our household registration portal where you will set up a guardian profile first and then add your children including gender and date of birth in order to register for a program.

EXISTING ACCOUNT HOLDERS

If you have recently registered for a program with the club, your household information has been imported into this new system, but you will need to claim your account the first time you log into the new system.

Step 1

Click "Forgot password or Retrieve Account".

DO NOT use the Sign in with Facebook or Google Options or this will create a duplicate account!

Step 2

Enter your email address associated with your previous registration account and click "Send me instructions". Open your email inbox and find the Demosphere System Email with the subject line: "Demosphere Account Confirmation", open the email and click "Confirm My Account".

Step 3

The registration system will now open and you will be able to reset your password. You can now proceed to completing program registration(s).
